The project team of which you will become a member, is responsible for the entire lifecycle, from design to implementation of the specified websites and web applications.

A completed relevant education is not required, other assets are more important to us:

• Knowledge of. NET (C #, ASP.NET) PHP, Java
  
• Knowledge of (X) HTML, XML, CSS and SQL are preferred
  
• Proven Internet affinity
  
• Enthusiastic, independent attitude
  
• Ability to work within a team

Are you that pragmatic project manager that we are looking for? You will then, internally and externally, become the primary contact for our ongoing projects. The project manager's primary target is to deliver on time, within budget and as agreed with the client.

Main tasks

• Planning Resources per project.
• Managing the project team time- and budget-wise.
• Communication with our development team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
• Managing, in cooperation with the account manager, the customer as well.
• Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

A completed relevant training is not required. Solution-based thinking and acting is much more important.

• Minimum 1 years experience of managing technical project teams
  
• Proven Internet affinity.
  
• Very communicative.

A Technical Architect who takes responsibility for the technical architecture of the software we build. You will ensure the quality of the produced software and, working with colleagues, aim to improve the development process. In an early stage, you already get into contact with the customer to identify the customer's wishes and translate them into functional specifications and a good architecture. During the project, you act as the quality controller, you guide the developers and assess whether the technology is applied correctly. You'll also get a lot of room to act creatively throughout the process.

Education is not important, but we do expect highly intelligent people to act as technical architect within our company.

• Minimum 5 years experience with project-oriented approaches to web development.
• You have knowledge of and excessive experience with C #, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server 2000 and XML.
• Customer- and results-oriented, analytical thinking, highly communicative and excellent organizational ability.
