RELEPHANT

Relephant in its current form came about in 2005 by the merger of Solify Nederland (founded in 2004 by Sjoerd van Gelderen and Robert Goedemans) and Pascolo.

Relephant has grown into a broadly orientated internet agency with a clear focus on the development of search & browse sites. User friendly sites fed by complex data in large databases in which many transactions take place.
The Relephant office is situated in Amsterdam. A pleasant, open space in which our account team, project managers, developers and design unit can work closely together.

Management Board:
Sjoerd van Gelderen (1970) – One of the Internet pioneers of the Netherlands, founding InfoNL in 1994 whilst still at University, majoring in Computer Science. Among others responsible for the first website ever of the Rabobank. He founded Realmapping (IP geolocation software and services) in 1999 which went on to be sold to Quova in 2001. Founded Solify Nederland in 2004.

Robert Goedemans (1971) – Studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam and VU University Amsterdam. Started his career as a consultant for Rabobank Nederland and subsequently moved on to become a corporate finance advisor for Rabo Securities, Rabobank International. Joined SpringFinance in 1999 as a partner (corporate finance advice for ICT companies). Held from 2003 until 2005 several positions at Kroymans Corporation as controller and general manager at dealership and later as manager logistics of import division.

Seth van der Maas (1978) – Founded MediaCatalyst (leading dutch web agency) in 2001 whilst at university, majoring in Artificial Intelligence. Having sold his shares in 2004, he focused primarily on study. Joined Relephant in 2005 as a technical architect focusing on translating the functional needs of our clients into technical implementations. Joined the Management Board in 2007.
